Just a quick introduction...Have been fly fishing since my early teens and am now retired...my wife and I have been vacationing on Vancouver Island since the early 90's, and now that we are retired we spend even more time out there...Salmon fishing with a fly rod has become a passion...looking forward to getting to know the members of this forum...Gary

Welcome to the site and do participate as much as you can...I also fish many days a year seeking the many Salmon off the beaches from Nanoose Bay to Campbell River...

First of all congradulations on being retired, thats some thing I dream of. I spend 2 weeks in Port Hardy every year fly fishing the rivers for salmon. Good luck good fishing and RELEASE your catch.
