Ten Mile

Hello all.
I have been up here in the Boo for a week or so now.
Been heading out to Ten Mile lake in the evenings.
Just standing on the boat launch casting a gunmetal chromie.
landed 5 on tuesday, 4 bows and a big fat Kokanee
last night I landed two, one a 3lb rainbow. Yumm
It was full of tiny snails.
I will keep you posted.
Dragon in the next day or two.

Sounds like an excellent trip!!

Is there a pattern which immitates snails?? What kind of line wt are you chucking? That 3lb bow would have been a blast!

My wife outfished me on that dock last summer. She caught a nice 15 inch rainbow with her worm and I got skunked. She's still bragging about it. Keeps telling me to use a worm whenever I don't catch anything.

Yes there snail patterns.
Chenille or spun deer hair.
There is a peacock snail pattern somewhere as well.

I am now a resident of the 'Boo
11 km and 8 minutes to the lake from where I am staying right now.
